Welcome to the Morris Music Law (“MML”) Website (the “Website”). MML currently operates as the sole proprietorship of Jesse E. Morris Esq. Mr. Morris is licensed to practice law in California.

By accessing or using the Website, you indicate that you have (i) read and understand these Terms and Conditions of Use, and (ii) agree to be bound by them. 1. No Legal Services or Attorney Client Relationship

MML provides the Website solely for general informational and advertising purposes. By visiting or using the Website, you agree that the information on the Website does not constitute legal or other professional advice, and that no attorney-client relationship is created between you and MML (or between you and Mr. Morris). Please do not consider the Website to be a substitute for obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your state. The information on the Website may be changed without notice and is not guaranteed to be complete, correct, or up-to-date. While MML tries to revise the Website on a regular basis, it may not reflect the most current legal developments.

The Website contains contact information for MML. An attorney-client relationship is only formed after a consultation and a retainer agreement is signed.

Any action arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or use of the Website shall be filed only in the appropriate state or federal court located within California. By using the Website, you agree and consent to the jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts of the California for purposes of such actions.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and all other provisions shall remain in force.
